Emanage injector setting?
Is there any reason my tuner would have set the injector value at 730 cc's in the emanage when I have rc 650cc injectors?? Its set as stock 360 injectors 730 correction factor .49. Why would this be and if I change it to 650cc obviously it will effect the map so what should I do??

The Ultimate wasn't even around when that limitation was announced.
To understand the limitation you have to understand how devices like the E-manage and VAFC work. They don't directly control the injectors (Emanage can hold open but not actually close) they intercept and change the voltage level of the MAP signal.
So if your injectors are double the size they simply halve the MAP signal and hope like hell the ratio in the ECU is linear. For small variations like 20 or 30% this is a pretty safe bet. For big variations it isn't and may even make the ECU think there is a problem such as an air blockage. This will throw a code or put the ECU into limp mode.
The 50% rule is just a safe guesstimate. If an injector is 50% larger they decrease the MAP by 33% (think about it) and assume it will be safe.

As to the original question, if the car is tuned and running well don't mess with it. And if you're taking it to a tuner just point out the discrepancy to him. He may choose to make the setting more accurate and tune for it or he may discover the reason the previous tuner did it in the first place.
