You should pull out way more than that....You should pull out until you hear no detnation. You can pull out as much as 12 degrees if needed. To much retard will raise egt's and to little will have detonation

How are you detecting the detonation and pinging? Are you just hearing it or do you have some kind of monitor to detect it?

I can hear the detonation b4.......I wish I have a monitor for it tho.

instead of just retarding your timing cant you do both decrease timing and also at the same time add fuel.... this way you wont have to retard that much........

beroznikmal, that is what I want to know. If you can do both add fuel and retard timing at the same time, than some serious HP will come out from a {NO2} S2000.
