Smile Emanage ultimate problems.

So I installed my Emanage ultimate this week, and had nothing but problems. First I thougth I had incorrect jumpers, however after trying greddys config, folex's config, and even boomslang had a config for me to try none worked. They all resulted the same thing, car blowing fuse #4 (ign coil fuse). At first I thought It must be the Boomslang harness, but after checking every single wire twice, even the straight thru's I ruled that out. Then I thought It was a software setting, but even when I place the emu in bypass mode car still blows fuse upon start. Then I thought it was an software version issue, so I tried every update version on Mohdparts website, to no avail. I can only guess that the emu Is defective? It has an very old serial number, it starts with 0, most current ones are in the 8xxxx number range. At this point I am about ready to take this thing to the shooting range for target practice . Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this? By the way my car is completely stock except for test pipe and intake.

Plugs are fine, when I pull the emu and boomslang harness and replace the blown fuse the car starts right up. Does anybody know what the difference is between the ap1 and ap2 boomslang harness?
