Chair,

What do you mean it won't log? You know it won't exactly replicate the home screen and play it back for you, right? It will simply log the values of the parameters and allow you to open it in the logger application and view graphs of what happen (you specify the parameters from the first 2 menus).

1. How do I log boost?
Boost will be explained as Kpa, you can change to Psi if you want, by going to options and changing the units!
hello guys

i did that and it now says PSIg and it has a weird reading.
something like -10,.... or something , while i was expecting to see numbers like 0 to 15.
is there a way to correct this ?
what is that g that appeared next to PSI?

when I try to log the home screen, it says something like "no info to log".

The home screen is the one that has the fake tach, speedo, a/f, etc right? No actual graphs.

you have vacuum too, which with PSIg (the actual unit name) so it will see vacuum as a - ! you should see a zero or close to it... that is where there is positive pressure in the intake manifold.

doesn't matter what screen is shown as long as the car is running it should be able to log.

Yes, the AEM EMS will only log whatever screen you are on. I am going to head out and test my logger on the home screen. I want to make sure I'm not crazy.

I will post tonight.

Best,

J

I know this is old, but did you get anywhere??

I tried logging last night on the home screen, and after a few mins logging I saved it. When I went ot open it in AEM Log, it said there was no data.

The rpm / speed and afr aren't moving on my home page, but all the values on the right hand side of the screen are working.

Help appreciated!
