just curious, will the headgasket affect how the S/C bolts on to the engine?

i had no issues with my supercharger when it had a 3mm HG...

You can run 12.5 PSI on the stock head gasket.

Sideways and JohnZ are running 14 lbs on stock head gaskets I think.

hmm I thought i was in the end of the safe zone at 7.75psi.

hmm that makes me wanna go to 10psi then...and run like 14 on 110 leaded

ya sideways told me he's 2mm cometic if i remember right.

I'm on 550's .....Whats my limit on those before im pushin the duty of em past 80% i thought i was near 80 already..... wish it was running so i could check.

If 12.5 is safe on stock gasket i'm gonna go from 7.75psi to 10psi and call it a day for the moment. Xavier thats safe on 91 pump?

Oil jet bolt changes are not necessary if the engine is sleeved.

The factory pistons were not designed for boost. Inadequate ring lands and rings along with fragile hyper eutectic silicon aluminum. The pistons that Mike Laskey and other engine builders use with an FI build are designed for boost.

I don't think so. I'm running a factory gasket along with some good aftermarket pistons to keep my compression under control.
