Default extra boost rigidity

Hey guys,
I recently boosted my S with an ultimate racing Garrett gt35 on 10lbs, an AEM series 2 standalone, 800cc deatchworks injectors, on stock internals. Needless to say I spun a rod bearing, which comes as no surprise to me as the car now has 157k on it. My question is, besides ACL bearings, BC rods, BC lower compression head gasket, and ARP headstuds, is there any thing else that will go that I should imminently upgrade? Oh yeah, this is my dd. Thanks in advance

Are u reusing the old pistons? Sleeves still good? I would change the oil pump, timing chain guides, and tct as a minimum.

Sleeves and pistons are good. But since yesterday I have decided that since I'm this deep in the motor, I'm upgrading to Skunk2 Alpha series rods, CP lower compression pistons, ARP headstuds, ACL rod bearings, forged main bearing, New valve seats, haveing the crank checked at a machine shop, and a pro tune. I'll def check what you suggested. Thanks for the input!

Kai speaks the truth, with you spinning a rod, any little metal shavings that were floating around could get caught up in the oil pump and in the plastic chain guides for the timing and oil chains. You don't want that shit floating around in your brand new engine. Replace the oil pump and all the guides at minimum. I didn't replace my TCT (however I didn't spin a bearing, just 3rd main was galling up the crank)

If you're getting CP pistons you'll have to sleeve the block as well.

Any reason why its just CP that has to be sleeved?

Stock are FRM lined, so unless you get compatible pistons (e.g. Mahle) then you have to go aftermarket sleeves.

If you are staying at 10 psi, you are overbuilding. I like honda bearings over ACL since it's easier to mix/match to my desired clearance. Get rid of the head gasket and upgrade your valve springs (you'll need knew valve seals). Supertech is proven. If you are certain your cylinders are true, just clean up your pistons and add new rings. OEM manual says no hone needed. Id' upgrade the rod bolts too since you have the valvetrain to spin over 9k. The stock components have been proven to be more than enough at your power level.

Roger that Jin. Brutha, ill be taking the boost up to 15-18 now that I can. I figure no sense in waisting all the performance parts I'm throwing at it. I'll see how it runs, and adjust +/- from there. And I am replacing valve seals. Thanks for the input all
