Anyone heard of any issues with clutch throw?

Using a clutch pedal stop is necessary? How do I measure if so?

jack the car up, put the car in first gear, have someone spin the tires, slowly press in the clutch until the tires free up, press the clutch down another 1/4" and thats where the pedal stop should be set at.

Here's a step by step write up https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/824...bypass-switch/

This guy made a switch.. But I just ran the green and black wire together.. And it will start with out using the clutch.. Be careful if you start in gear the car will move forward
