Default Few questions about inline pro oil relocation kit.

I have a greddy kit that the manifold cracked on. I replaced it with a custom PFAB manifold that puts the turbo a little lower. Now the intake pipe hits the greddy oil relocation fittings a little. I have been looking at the inline pro relocation kit, but I think you have to remove the stock "oil cooler" from the block to use it...

I'm just wonding if I could get the inline pro oil relocation kit, remove the stock "oil cooler" and still be ok with using my greddy oil cooler to keep the temps in check. I've heard and read that the stock "oil cooler" doesn't help anyways, but honda wouldn't have put it there for no reason, right???

Does the inline pro kit come with everything needed to install this without the stock "oil cooler?" I remember reading that you'd have to use the filter bolt from a civic or something...

Thanks in advance.

MY LAST POST HAS NEW QUESTIONS.

the stock oil coler sucks and really does not cool much at all. any after market air to air oil cooler will cool 100x better than the stock oil cooler.
and yes the inline pro oil cooler come with everything.

Well, the inline pro setup is not a cooler. It's just a relocation kit. I do have a greddy cooler like stated above so I'm guessing I'll be safe to remove it.

Are the inline pro fittings -10an? If so I can use some of the greddy lines which would help a lot.

The Greddy and Inline Pro oil relo kit lines are the same size and can be used interchangeably. I'm using a combination of Greddy and Inline parts on mine now.

Here you can see the Inline oil lines connecting to the Greddy adapter.

Here you can see the rest of the Inline parts, including two nice large ports where you can connect up an oil cooler.

Here's a link to the installation instructions for the Inline kit, which has diagrams and whatnot. It has good info to help with your questions.

Thanks, now I know they are -10an. I think my greddy oil cooler will do the job keeping the car cool at the track. Just to make sure I'm going to install a mugen thermostat and fan switch to keep overall temps lower.

Now I just need to find a deal on the inline pro oil relocation kit. I've seen brand new sell for $200. I really don't think it's worth the $400 from inline, but if I get to drive me car again... maybe.

Can someone give me the part number for the oil filter bolt that I'm supposed to use instead of the s2k's? I think I remember reading it was for a civic or accord... now I can't find the thread. Are they all the same on other hondas, just different on the s2k?

Also, which CANTON sandwich plate is the one supplied with the inline pro kit?

I think it's one of these, not sure though: 22-595 (3/4"-16 thread) or 22-597 (20mm thread)

I think if I just buy the filter bolt and the sandwich plate I should be able to make this all work without buying a whole kit from inline pro.
