Is everyone having this problem also running Emanage? Has anyone switched to AEM EMS and had their problems go away?

I didn't have this problem with my E-Manage. But I had the old (gen 1)manifold at the time. I've seen the new (gen 2) compared to the old one and I think the back pressure of the (gen 2) is going to be higher and possibly cause this problem. I still think you need to rule this out just to make sure it's not the problem or part of it.

Take off your vtec solenoid and make sure the fine filter screen in not blocked.
Well this say a lot of honda Spain

I took out the VTEC filter and found metalic pieces from the other block.

Then Honda Spain did not adjust the valves, when swapped the block, the clerance was below than should be; 19mm instead of 21mm-25mm

Check the VTEC valve and it was ok.

I made a few runs and oil pressure is at 80 psi, then drops to 65-70 psi when vtec kicks a/F ratio goes to 11:1 in vtec zone at WOT. ( I wanted a very conservative tunnig for hot days at track)

Sometimes feels that vtec does not come in, I have to check again in a empty road.

In case that vtec still doesnt working right what could I do?

oil pressure is always at 80 psi except when vtec kick in.
