Finally taking the dive!
I'll be dropping off my car at InlinePRO's shop in a few weeks for the installation/tuning of their turbo kit.
Going with the following:
Turbo Kit + GT3071R w/ B Housing (to avoid frame cutting)
BB Coolant line
Injectors
Adapter kit / injector clips
3 Bar map sensor
InlinePRO 3" Turbo Exhaust
Stage 3 Competition Clutch
3mm Headgasket
AEM EMS
I've been researching FI for about a year and a half now (basically since I bought the car). The car now has 30K miles and is running as strong as ever. Loved the Comptech supercharger kit for a while, but as an engineer and being obsessed with efficiency I began to entertain the thought that taking advantage of all the hot wasted exhaust would be the better option.
Lovefab surfaced and caught my eye for a long time. Reliability being my main concern, I quickly turned away from that direction. Then came BRP (or Stage One Tuning). I love the idea of a roots blower, but frankly, I'll have been boosting with my Inline kit for a long time before that kit ever comes to market. And it won't perform nearly as well so my decision was pretty clear.
My power goal is a nice even 400 rwhp. Quick spool and driveability are important as the car will be used for auto-x in addition to being my daily driver.
Needless to say, I'm pretty excited. All thoughts welcome!
Vroom, vroom.

My god!!! I should've bought stock in Inline Pro. While I've never dealt with them, I haven't heard any negative reports about them. I remember when turboing an S was a big deal, but it seems as if they have it down to a pretty safe science, and they are getting most of the FI S2000 consumer base. Keep it up!!!

Good choice and have fun with it!
You goals and uses are identical to mine. I talked to my installer and we figured 400hp was too much for auto-x, ill be running around 320 and that should be plenty. Power isn't very important through the cones.
