Default flashpro boost control

im a little confused here on this subject. my tuner seems to think i have this option already to go.......... dont you have to send your ecu to hondata to get some work done in order for the B16 pin to operate the duty cycle of your boost. or is this already installed. sorry about the stupid question. thanks for any simple answer

Yes you need to mail your ECU to Hondata to wire in the connection.

If you're talking about boost by gear then yes you are correct.

The reference to B16 is at the ECU. Note, the ECU itself has all the pins populated on that interface; Hondata will internally connect B16 to a new logic source. The harness in the car does not have the B16 pin populated. You will need to buy a pin and install it in your current harness. Hondata does not provide the required pin (like they do for Civics)

The B16 pin (it's actually a socket) is part #175265-1 Can be purchased from www.newark.com for $0.27 each

Here's the view of the harness side
