I lol'ed throught this whole thread, lots of info, but we can all agree to disagree. I was in the same boat, currently im ctsc non a/c. After a loooooong debate on which way i should go (a/c or fmic) I have decided on wather/meth lol. Yeah you have to keep an eye on more things that can go wrong but I feel its the best option for the most power. I want to see how much I can push the novi1000, I will be using a 3" pulley with this on an ap1. If i break the blower I'll upgrade to the 1200. I know I'll be over spinning the bearings a bit so we will see how long she holds up. For the OP imo stick with the A/C for this reason, if you want 10lbs of boost you will get it with a larger pulley than with an FMIC and having to use a smaller pulley to compensate for boost loss. A smaller pulley will spin the blower much faster obviously and I would assume cause more stress on the blower, especialy a 3". my .02 cents lol
