Hi all. I couldnt sleep so I read though all 9 pages. Learned a lot of useful information.

Here's my story. I bought a SC/AC but recently decided that I might want to go turbo instead. Am I making a good decison?? I'm kind of having second thoughts about the idea now.

Anybody that went from SC to turbo?

It depends on how far you go with turbo.

In my car I had three major stages :
1) Comptech Supercharged, 7psi
2) Comptech Supercharged, 12psi
3) Inline Pro Turbo, GT35R 27psi

Honestly, the most favorite was Stage2. It was the most useful as the car could do just about anything I threw at it... drag racing, street racing, road course, daily driver. Stage3 was a lot of fun on the interstate... yet wasn't exactly a 'daily' type car anymore.

If I sold my NSX tomorrow and went back to an S2000, I'd do the following :

Inline Pro Turbo Kit w/ GT35R
Inline Pro 3mm Head Gasket
15psi Tuned

Then obviously all the supporting mods such as fuel, engine management, etc etc.

Wow, going back through this thread it's funny to see how much times have changed. A lot of this info is inaccurate now.

After finding the third block, an open decked Benson sleeved block I have not had any problems.

Of course the occasionaly loose bolt here and there that I check.

At least my engine bay has not got on fire in a couple of years...

How things with your latest S?

Not as powerful as my last, but much more fun and reliable!

Couple smaller issues right now with the flashpro getting it to start under warmer temperatures, but working with Hondata to try and find a resolution to the problem. Looking like the issue might be fuel pressure... after weeks of adding/pulling fuel, it's the simple things we overlook.

There's always something though... at least this time around it's smaller things right?

Quite a bit ago.. there was a guy on here who made a horsepower chart. Basically showing horsepower, torque, turbo, psi, and engine specs for people to get an idea of what they had.

If I had some free time to put together such a list, would anyone want me to do so?
