You can play with the calculator and see where bumping the base pressure up will get you. You need to remember that you will eventually get to the point where the internal pressure relief opens as well. Depending on which generation 450 you have that pressure relief can be as low as ~90psi.
The right way to do it would be to do the pumps and the ID1700x's. Do it right
anyone use the ID1050x ? any input or pretty much just new version ID1000's?
While it is replacing the ID1000, it is 100% different. Obviously the flow at the same pressure is slightly better, but it also has better low pulse width behavior than the old ID1000's as well. Albeit getting the ID1000's to idle and drive well shouldn't have been a problem for anyone here with a competent tuner. If they are big enough for your goals I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger.
