Right,, might go with a 2000cc and a dual fuel set up..I don't want to run 100%duty to hit 700

I would recommend raising the base pressure to do so on ID1700x's. The ID2000's do not have the full stainless internals and require more maintenance.

This thread blew up quickly! Had a few more attempts at retuning and the only way I can get a steady 14.7 at idle is at 1200rpm. Makes the car awful to drive in traffic as its always pushing on. Will probably opt for ASNU injectors as a friend has them with good results

Mine doesn't idle at 14.7, but it's also not missing or over 17, still idles at 900.

As long as low load cruise is good and most importantly high load afrs are safe it will be good.

What does it do if u bring the idle down??

ID2000s seem to idle best at 13.7 on stock idle.

If i bring the idle down to about 1000 rpm i cant get it to stay steady and it jumps all over the place. Anything below 1.77ms injector pulse just missfires and runs crap. I have messed with the battery offsets and it makes no real difference. Probably just crap injectors.

Done abit more research and it appears that my injectors are modified denso top feed where as if i had of gone with the deatschwerks 1000cc i would of ended up with a Bosch EV14 injector. Might explain why have issues as from what i understand im basically using a modified OEM injector.

Problem for me is getting injectors for a decent price in the UK. They only thing i can find are the Grams injectors but they are still £440

Check these guys out, they got a huge selection and pretty nice prices Home - Finjector
You can get unmodified EV14 injectors up to around 870cc and I think any of those should have excellent idle properties.
