Try fiveomotorsport.com they have different bosch ev14 modified injectors for fairly good price. Not sure if they can ship overseas tho...maybe vendors on here can

You can get unmodified EV14 injectors up to around 870cc and I think any of those should have excellent idle properties.
Unfortunately even getting legit Bosch injectors isn't always enough. We still can see a spread of +/- 5% spread across a couple hundred Bosch units before they are modified and characterized in house. All ID's leave in sets +/- 1%. Having the correct data is crucial as well.

That's interesting and good to know Stuart.
The company I linked to do flow match all sets though, same spec as you

I have a friend who was in similar situation to me with the Deatschwerks 800cc and suffered a rubbish idle and issues at the top end of the rev range. He changed to the 1000cc Bosch items and his problems went away.

I also checked the Deatschwerks website for battery offset settings and the ones that i got with the injectors are completely different from the ones that they list on their website. I have emailed them to see if they can provide any clarification

Wouldn't have these issues with a carburetor.

Contacted Deatschwerks for some further info...

I pointed out that their battery offset data seems inconsistent as ive found quite a few different values. They sent me a link and said that the previous battery offset data was incorrect. Whats the point of supplying injectors with duff data. I would of rather had no data. I will put the new settings on and see whether i can get any improvement in idle.

fingers cross

Thanks for everyones PM's about alternative injectors. I'm going to look for some 1000cc in the near future. The 800cc even with the new data are rubbish and still do the same missfire when the total pulse width gets to 1.7ms.

You can dial in the Offset/latency yourself to get it really close. That parameter most affects idle and cruise.

I tried various settings but when you view total injector pulse which is battery offset plus fuel map setting it always breaks down when it gets to near 1.75ms.

I really hope the bosch injectors prove to be better than these denso ones.

I ended up opting for the ID1050x injectors. They are on special order over in the UK to get hold of them but hopefully have them within a month or so. I have only read good things about them so far and apparently they have better lower pulse width performance than ID1000's which is a bonus.
