For anyone that was interested, I found the issue. The brand new Walbro 450 is bad. It's dumping fuel out the relief orifice almost all the time.

How would i know if FP is correct? If I just replaced everything i wanted to be able to drive it at least across town with no issues or around the neighborhood

You'd have to use a fuel pressure gauge. You can buy one to leave permanently connected, or just do it temporarily.

I just got my Seamless kit for the twin pumps and haven't looked at the instructions yet on where exactly Seamless has the ground going, but where did you end up grounding to instead that was a better option?

On the driver side by the bottom of the metal loop there is a bolt that goes into the body and frame. I'll try to get a picture of it later. It's kind of a pain in the ass to reach, but you can get to it with a little stretching.

Do you need any special tools for AN lines? Besides the AN wrench? If so, what tool did you use ?

That's all I needed. I bought 2 adjustable AN wrenches and that was perfect. Definitely assemble out of the car what you can. Like the fuel rail. Obviously you have to make the AN line in the car which is less than ideal, but it can be done.
