Oh also for making the AN line, I used a cut off wheel to cut the line, but from videos I have seen a Dremel with a cutting wheel should work better.

To add to the saga, fuel pumps apparently have zero warranty from basically everyone online. So buyer beware, if your pump is bad, you have to purchase a new pump.

Did you buy a new fuel pump hanger/carrier by chance?

I've found over the years that the best place to get genuine Walbro (TI Automotive) pumps is either through Summit Racing or Quantum Fuel Systems, www.highflowfuel.com. They should carry a warranty through either of these places.

Okay. Did you see that it came with a green O-ring? It doesn't come installed, and omitting it will cause issues with fuel pressure. It goes under the white clip on the black portion of the carrier. Ask me how I know...

Mine did not come with a green oring. I just double-checked the bag of parts it came with and there is no oring. The bag is still sealed, so it definitely didn't fall out. When I go to swap the pump, I will pull that part and double check for an oring.

Interesting... I will have to check my bag for this, I dont think it came with any extra O rings and I certainly didnt check that little white part for any reason. I just installed and went on. I dont have fuel pressure issues so?

I bought all radium stuff for my conversion. I am going to be replacing the feed line with a 8an ptfe line from radium as well. I hadn't replaced the feed line and I think I kinked the plastic line at the fuel pump hangar when I bent it to fit the 2005 hangar. I'll know for sure when I swap the line later this week.

You will need something for a regulator if you swap to a return setup and use the 2005 hangar.
