I just switched to the 1.49 firmware on the greddy emanage and now I am throwing a p1259 at idle?? Could it be a coincidence or has this happened to other emanage users?? What would make the car throw this dtc without coming close to vyec?? Thanks in advance.

It does have to do with the 1.49 update. now I just can't figure out which part.

 

why don't you try switching back to the old software and see if the CEL is still there.

 

I couldn't find the original software/firmware that I had so I downloaded a few different versions and uploaded them. I couldn't get a good idle with one as it was running pig rich and I didn't want to tune it. but the cel went away. I went to another version and it would actually throw the dtc just by turning the key forward, without even starting the car. I have another thread started in the uth forum as I don't know where this actually belongs??
