Ok, just wanted to make sure. Looking elsewhere. Time to give us those compression and leak down numbers so we can figure out what's potentially causing the irregularity.

He sent me two pulls, on the VD he's sitting right around 275-280 range on the DJ calculation, which really seems about right to me, it drops to 9psi by redline.

But he is running on openloop tune, and i suggest he got the wideband hooked up to he EMS, car will drive better, and a lot better MPG lol

254whp is low for 10psi, 280whp is not, agreed. However with a pfab log and 3" downpipe and exhaust, id expect it to be in the top end range of expectations for the psi closer to the 300whp mark. Its a tiny turbo though regardless and the F motor breaths so much cfm in the upper range, that size turbo is nearly a choke point for this engine there. You get more peak yield out of an old Novi 1000 super charger at 6psi then a greddy turbo. I've seen consistent reports of 260whp stock out of the box with 6psi and 280-300whp at 10-12psi though on a dynojet roller dyno with greddy.

IF it held 10psi to redline I would see 300+ and some fuel timing adjustments.

I have considered doing the GT3071r swap, seems that's as near a bolt on swap as I'll get.

Ohh great turnout choice 400whp maybe with bigger injectors? I'm sure someone here has the 3071 for sale. Or if riceball is selling his gtx3076..

Have you done a simple extend the hp line out through the rpm band to estimate power? What are you using for boost control?

If you have the wideband wired into the ECU you can run it closed loop which definitely will help with fuel economy. Whereas before I was running a purely open loop tune that was abysmal with fuel. I would get like you 130-140 miles per tank. Down from 230-250 (on the same turbo setup). Also running 91, I know e85 gives less mpg though.

Yea I hope, it's a little tricky because the t518z is t25 and the GT3071r/76r are t3? And adapter plate or something would be needed. And I think they're water cooled so lines/fittings would be needed too.

I'm not sure what you mean, are you referring to my graph? I'm using a Hallman MBC, I know I know I should running a solenoid given the v2 but I had this on hand.
