godspeed turbo kit
From a personal experience unlike most, i've owned not one, but TWO Godspeed kits.
The first time i put down 301whp on 8 psi and then 330whp on 12 psi the 2nd go around..
I sold my first one for funds, later got to the point where i could get another and did...I now have the ptuning kit.
The only reason why i went with Ptuning because they called me and asked to sponsor my car for their kit. Otherwise, i was completely happy with my Godspeed kit. My experience is very close to S2k16803. The drain line isn't good, and the BOV isn't good...I had the 50 trim t3/t4 turbo selected along with the tial 38mm wg.
The key things are, get a good drain line and make sure you route it from the turbo to the location where Inline Pro taps their oil pans. this will help to flow the oil better.
The rest of the hardware is decent. None of them broke on me. I've been boosted from around 70k miles and each had about 12-15k miles on them.
Ptuning installed a Godspeed turbo kit on another customers car after he saw my kit. they installed it and was surprised how much easier it was to install than the greddy kit, AND said it has way more potential than a greddy kit. The power comes on great and pulls all the way to redline unlike where the greddy would feel like its falling on its face when vtec hit.
He's still driving the car boosted and loves it. Zero issues.

^ dude i've been kinda waiting for you to reply. i remember you did have this godspeed kit. but also, iirc, you kept burning oil which kinda made me turn away from this kit. lol
guess that drain line wasn't good enough.
so if i purchased the gs kit, i would just need to replace the lines and wg AND bov? but see that's why i started leaning heavily towards the pfab kit. it's already cheap, $3100 with top notch quality parts. as someone stated, buying hte gs kit and replacing some of the key components would add up quickly to $3100. that's where i made up my mind. plus pang is fast at replying. like super lightning quick. lol

There was no burning. It smoked because the oil drain line was like the one that other dood mentioned and i had it draining way low on the oil pan which was incorrect. Which is why i stated to route the drain line to the place where inline does theirs.
the drain line is like 10 bucks.
not sure where 3100 came from.. i bought both of mine for roughly 2 grand brand new...about 2100 shipped actually.
its a good kit for the money
much better than the greddy kit
just make sure you some some good injectors and a good EMS.
i also recomend you run a tial wastegate and get a better bov
In terms of power the lag manifold will hold you back a lot.

thanks guys for some real good infos. now i'm on the fence again. lol.
hmfic- do you have pics to show what you mean when you say route the drain line like inlinepro does it?
riceball777- yeh i don't care about the log manifold holding me back in terms of making more power, however, i do care how long it will last. if i can run 8 psi for a long time before i rebuild my motor to 9:1, then yeh i'll be happy with it. just as long as it can hold that much longer. like i've stated in my thread, i'm not looking for hp crazy set up lol. i'm looking to get the best bang for the buck set up that will last at least 10 years or so.
oh and i know bout the greddy kit, which is why i haven't even thought bout putting that on my turbo kit list lol.
so for injectors, i'm thinking bout getting the rc 550's for now and use my greddy e-mu for tuning. i know i should get bigger injectors for later on but i'm just going for low hp set up for now and who knows i may not even want to bump up the hp at all. so 550s should do for now.
my whp goal is def. 300-350ish. as i stated earlier, i've driven some crazy hp set ups and they were waaaay too powerful for me so i couldn't even imagine myself driving my car daily like that. hope you guys understand. lol

I dont have pics of the setup...but picture this. You've got the car lifted up in the air, you're facing the front of the car, you see the oil pan, and the top right of it. you drill a hole there and run the hose from the bottom of the turbo to that spot. It will drain the oil on TOP of the oil level not into it...so it doesn't back up.
I've never known the revhard manifold to crack. Hell even Inline Pro sold their manifolds.
Btw when it comes to tuning and fuel..do NOT skimp out. I've had the rc 750's..and they are junk. the car is harder to tune with them, they dont tune that well and it makes the power less smooth.
I'd go with FIC or injector dynamics 750's. believe me on this.
And for the Emanage, there are some places that can tune the hell out of that thing, and then there are A LOT of places that can't and wont even mess with it...make sure you find a tuner that knows their stuff.

yeh bout the tuners. i don't trust anybody around here in the louisville, ky area. i've heard waaay to many stories about ppl's motors blowing up using the tuenrs around here. so i'm stayin away from them.
good thing there's a good tuner bout an hr away tho. heard LOTS of great things from them. i'll be going over there to get my car tuned. i'm gonna call em up to see if they're any good with the emanage.
here's a link to their website. http://www.injectedperformance.com/
IIRC, the emanage can't do passed 550c and ID doesn't make 550c. idk pls correct me if i'm wrong.

Toan at ptuning has tuned 1000CC injector dynamics injectors with the emanage.
I suggest calling Ptuning. Toan is certified, and knows the ins and outs of the emanage.
The FIC and Injector dynamics injectors are very close to stock looking...not like the big ole fat RC ones.
