I'm running 19-20psi on pump gas as well. My a/f's are good, no knock and no sign of engine deterioration so far (knock on wood).

I'm interested to know how you got 471whp on pump gas? I made 399whp (Dynojet) on pump gas and the only difference I can see is you are using the GT35R.

The only difference between your turbo and mine is that I have a slightly smaller turbine. The compressor side is the same.

My tuner was looking at the plugs after each high boost pull and didn't want to go any further than 14psi on pump gas.

I could understand a slight difference in power, but not 72whp. Was this on a Dynojet? How much timing advance are you running?
how much psi were u running when u hit 399 and what turbo are u running? im going to be running the gt3561e

We've run 25psi on stock internals with just our headgasket and pushed 525rwhp. Did that for about 1,000 miles just for the hell of it.

20psi on the headgasket setup will be perfectly fine with the RIGHT TUNER.

No the 525 whp @ 25 psi was on street gas (93 octane) I believe.

On race gas at 25 psi they were pushing over 560 whp if i remember correctly.

400 whp isn't a problem for a GT35 at all... if all you want is around 400whp you might want to consider the GT30... it spools up quicker than the GT35 but can still get 400 whp with relative ease.
