Going Turbo?
There have been many people who run the inline pro kit and love it. When I got my kit I did not purchase this kit for a few reasons which is all your choice is what it comes down to. Small things like no need to relocate oil filter ect ect. Personally I like the full race and afi kits more then the inline pro. Yet that again is your choice on what to choose. I love my afi kit. And everyone else loves their setups. If you like the inline pro kit opposed to other kits then that is your choice ! Some have little benifits to others its all about options.
Again if I had to do it. I would get everything from full blown probably and try to save some cash and get some organization going. LJ is great with help, questions, and customer service. Very helpful. But any setup is limitless with the right cashflow from any company/brand
I am in the same exact position right now. I am curious as what people feel is the better route to go.... Piece together my own kit or go with one of the following kits
1)Ptuning 2)Mase Engineering 3)Inline Pro 4)Full Blown 5)AFI

For any of you guys that have never pieced/fabbed your own kit on a car, let alone on an s2000. I wouldn't recommend for a second that you attempt to do so (unless you are using this as a learning experience and plan to have your car down for an extended period of time while you figure it all out). Based on some of the questions that have been asked in this thread, I'm willing to make a safe bet this is the case.
Out of the kits listed above the Ptuning and fullblown are the only I would consider touching with little/no experience in the turbo game.
These manufactures have done all the research for you, everything fits nice nice, and the kits are priced well.

I understand where you are coming from, and you're right. The research needed to figure out what parts you need isn't really that hard, there are plenty of build threads here which one could go through and mimic.
However, I agree with you that it is the install to worry about, when it comes time to install said parts, and they don't all fit like you had hoped for, then what? Now your "cheaper" pieced together kit, needs to be modified to fit perfectly, which costs $$$$, and even more $$$ if you are paying a shop to do it all to begin with. They make kits for a reason, all the parts are fabbed to work with one another, just my .02
Excellent choice, I don't think anyone here will argue the quality of that kit, as well as the service/support they provide. I can't think of any reason to be disappointed with a great kit like that.
