Default Goodbye FI

Well tonight I went to install my Tech2 pulley and again ran into problems. The thing is now stuck on and I'm taking it up to the shop tomorrow to see if they can get it off. After a short fit of throwing things around and cursing everything in sight, I came to my senses. I do not need this constant array of seemingly never ending issues.

It seems like whatever I purchase, no matter who installs it, no matter who I buy it from, there are some kind of issues to make it work right. The S/C came with a faulty fpr, the carbon coil cover came cracked, my H&R springs were installed on the wrong cornors, my B&M gauge came broken, my brand new Kumho MX deflated at 5 miles and ruined a rim, the pulley didnt fit.. Get my drift? Tonight I finally said enough is enough and began wrenching my stuff off for the final time. I am going back to completely stock and trading in my car next week.

I do not blame anyone but myself. Deep down, I kind of feel like this is all some kind of sign. Call me crazy, but I truly believe in that kind of stuff.

If anyone wants to buy any of my stuff shoot me a PM. Thank you to everyone that helped me along the way with their knowledge and support! Without you guys, I would have driven my car into a tree a long time ago.

First off, your Tech 2 pulley can be removed by using a gear pulley remover. You can rent those at Autozone.

Second, I would start to learn the basics on how to work/install mods to your car yourself. This ensures that you know everything was done right, or if something is wrong, you would know what was wrong.

Maybe the car just came messed up to begin with....who knows.

Good luck on your next purchase.

BTW, what are you selling?

I install about 90% of the stuff I get. If I don't think I know what I'm doing I will always have a friend there who does. I just need to take a vacation from my car.

I'll post a thread in the FOR SALE forum as soon as I figure out what I want for everything. That is if someone doesn't come over to my house and kick my ass soon for draining my bank account and then selling everything for a loss right away. Seriously, if anyone is in the area please stop by and remind me (with force) that I loved this car (and still might deep down) and need to see the hours of work pay off.

Mods- you can close this worthless ranting thread and move it into the official rant thread.

*official 24hr time out from s2ki.com and my car beginning now*
