What kind of power are you looking to make? You shouldn't expect more than 300whp from the Greddy kit, that's with a good tune and sinlge exit exhaust. It's a conservative set up and the only carb legal kit on the market, to my knowledge atleast. Sounds like your looking for a lot more power?

I want 280-300. I know it's limits and 242 isn't the limit.

I'd upgrade to peakboost because I could make 350 easily with 7-8psi. It'll spool slower but not much.

I chose greddy b/c it's simple and I thought 280-300 is all I'd want.

Is my HKS exhaust a problem? Too restrictive eve. With my 63mm berk tp?

Well, I can tell you its about right a little low but still OK. You need to get a better exhaust HFC and a good boost controller. Turn the boost up to 10psi and you should be around 270hp- 280hp. There are many posts about this kit and how to make the most of it. If they can try to boost per psi and try and move the vtech down a bit.

HKS is one of the most restrictive exhausts, might even be worse than stock

hks piping is only 60 mm compared to other exhausts. you need to check out inlinepro's 3" exhaust then go get retuned. also you need to step up to berks bigger test pipe. what size injectors are you using?
