Great write this will be very informative for those who be installing this turbo kit. Thanks for the contribution As for nuts and bolts in my area (Portland, OR) we have Ace Hardware and many of them carry a very large selection of nuts and bolts. If you have one then it might be useful to go to them instead of Home Depot (which don't carry much for us). Good Luck with the install.

Thanks for sharing. Been thinking of switching out my SC for this kit.

Dude. Talk to GTmotoring to talk to Greddy about the missing pieces so no one else will be in your situation. Obviously they are forgetting something according to the install/parts sheet.

I think they forgot to update parts once they went from tubular to log manifolds.

Let them know.

Richard, i'll look into the missing nuts/washers, that's odd that they were left out.

The rest of the install is pretty simple. Two things though.

1. Don't drop the small provided spacers for the fuel rail!!! they are tiny, and a bitch if you drop it and loose it somewhere in your engine.

2. If you need help installing the fuel pump, give me a call, i've got that down pretty good by now.

Other than that, fill it up with synthetic (do NOT use royal purple), and have fun! Lemme know if you have any questions.

It looks like Greddy forgot to update the parts if you look at the install guide. They used the tubular manifold. I'm assuming the manifold flange threaded and they used bolts. I could be wrong though.

There were no changes in the parts besides the SS to cast manifold.

Hey Chris, thanks for the recs and to look into the bolt thing.

I think they were just missed completly. I only had one sealed nuts/bolts/washers bag in the whole box so I'm pretty sure I'm missing them... if I find them later I'm seriously going to kick my own ass.

Since you mentioned the possability of dropping those spacers, I will probably use some sticky tack to make sure they stay in place.

I think I can handle the fuel pump, the hardest part is probably taking out the rear tray but I have done it several times already so I'm hoping it'll be easy.

Greddy's website is missing page 13 of the AP1 kit install. The page about the turbo install!

I highly recomend you cut relief slots in the manifold and use stover nuts to hold the turbo/downpipe in place.
