Hey Chris, thanks for the recs and to look into the bolt thing.

I think they were just missed completly. I only had one sealed nuts/bolts/washers bag in the whole box so I'm pretty sure I'm missing them... if I find them later I'm seriously going to kick my own ass.

Since you mentioned the possability of dropping those spacers, I will probably use some sticky tack to make sure they stay in place.

I think I can handle the fuel pump, the hardest part is probably taking out the rear tray but I have done it several times already so I'm hoping it'll be easy.
When you're done let us know if you have extra parts.

hmm, do you have all the rest of the hardware?
I think I should. The remaining bag of (nuts/bolts/washers) is still pretty full. Probably 40+ pieces left.

I will take a pic of the remaining hardware, if any, when I'm done.

great write up.
do you think there will be a noicable difference in power and spool time since the manifold has changed. also, this manifold should better resist cracks, right?

I never posted the dyno, but I did do several dyno runs (with a generally crappy tune) when I had the original tubular manifold. There is no "noticeable" difference between the pre and post dynos(dynojet or butt). Its just not an issue, so don't worry about it. Maybe it might be more important if we were talking about 400+ whp applications.

My cast manifold is in perfect condition and is no longer heat wrapped, which certainly beats the cracked heat wrapped tubular one it replaced.
