Starting the install Tuesday when I get off work... Got Wed off, and Thurs/Fri night for the finish... I have a second vehicle I can drive to and from work, so time is no big issue...

I started my install tonight. So far I've removed the battery, front bumper, plastic under covers, heat shield, and the header cover. I'm having problems getting the bolts to loosen up to remove the stock header. any recommendations? WD-40?

I think I'm missing some bolts to. I'm going to double check that now.
tomorrow I plan on removing the header, installing the oil relocation kit and putting the turbo and manifold and down pipe in.

Edit. I think I have all the bolts. But I do have a question. I have a lot of lock washer's. Where should I use these? Do you use them and the flat washer together or just use one? Thanks.

I may have missed this part, but do you have to tap the oil pan for the oil return from the turbo?

No tapping necessary.

A thousand apologies for a minor hijack, I just didn't want to start another Greddy thread. Assuming I do absolutely no launches, can this kit be handled with a stock clutch? I am planning on changing my clutch eventually, but my car has pretty low unabused mileage. Thanks for the help!

You need penatrating oil for the header bolts. DO NOT try to remove them without blasting them and letting it sit for 20-30 mins.

I used the lock washers (split lock) on my manifold to engine, manifold to turbo, and turbo to downpipe. The other washers I used wherever bolts backing out wouldn't be an issue.

Can't say for sure. I installed my kit with 15,xxx miles. Of those miles I only launched once. I plan on running my kit until the stock clutch dies before I put in a new one.
