Hey Guys, another Greddy owner here! This thread is helping me out a lot!

I've started my install yesterday and now I'm installing the intercooler. I'm haviing trouble with it hitting the AC condenser. Am I missing a bracket? Do I have to bend the bracket? Can you guys help me out with this part?

Mine bolted up just fine but has prob 1mm clearance. You can drill out the holes in the bracket and intercooler mounts to give you some extra clearance tho.

[QUOTE=SCG-Milan,Mar 1 2008, 09:25 AM]I've also heard A LOT about not using Royal Purple on a turbo car.

You spent $70 on oil?

Well, Amsoil really isnt that much more than RP.. 7.70/qt where RP is like 7.49/qt at my local pep boys. The only difference is you cant just go to the store to get amsoil. You have to go through a distributor or get it online from amsoil.

I just put in the Walbro fuel pump.. it took me about 2-3 hours to do what a PITA. One of the hardest parts was trying to disconnect the electric connector form the OEM fuel pump. I had to use pliers and a pair of tweezers to remove it. And putting the fuel filter stay (tiny metal o ring) on isn't a walk in the park. I used pliers and a screw driver. You have to be careful not to block the traveling path of the fuel level arm. I had to adjust it several times to it it right. If you tall like I am its very hard working in the small space behind the seats. My neck is going to be killing me tomorrow!!

The intercooler has some play before you tighten the brackets, so push it forward and tighten the bolts, OR bend the AC pump bracket back a little.
