I think your numbers are fine given the exhaust you are currently using. Your delta is about 82 hp and mine is about 100 hp, but my exhaust is slightly larger than the one you are using, however Im also using a high flow cat and not a test pipe. My boost pressure also peaks at 9psi.

Also, Church has already tuned a greddy turbo s2k and the dyno was posted. I'm too lazy to look up the thread. The number was 319 on that dyno, but only s2kart is running at 10psi full time, which explains in part why he has posted the highest numbers and largest delta. I think you can get another 20 - 25 hp easily with a new exhaust.

I have an HKS exhaust, and REALLY don't want to get rid of it. Can I still use it with the kit? (I will get a test pipe and tune probably a few weeks after the kit is installed.)

I am going with the Invidia Exhaust, its 70mm which is the same if not slightly larger then the downpipe with the Greddy Kit, so I would imagine this would be good breathing exhaust..........and for the $, you really can't beat it

I heard that you could do something with the wastegate on the greddy kit, placing a larger wastegate-valve ( or how do you call that round thingie that opens up? ) and make the wastegate hole slightly bigger..

but im my opinion this should give more stable boost? not increasing boost?

Can anyone chime in on this one? i've read about this wastegate-mod on the greddy turbokit in a older topic, can't find it anymore
Found the actual topic, i ment "porting the wastegate"

link: porting wastegate greddy turbo

who already tried this?

Porting the wastegate hole and welding a bigger flapper

Well, Im getting that it really won't make that much of a difference, for the amount of air the Greddy Kit will push through the system. The downpipe is 70mm I believe or smaller so the 70mm Invidia should be fine, at least it is all Mandrel bent with nice burnt tips, I was going to have the bending done at a muffler shop I am sure it wont be as nice as the Invidia, plus this way is $600 cheaper
