I talked with a shop Yesterday here in NJ, they are going to Manderal Bend me a Custom 3" Stainless Steel Exhaust for $900.00 I am bringing them two 3" Stainless Steel Magnaflow Mufflers and they are going to weld on my stock '04 Tips. I guess it will look like the Comptech with bigger piping. I couldn't find a 3" Cat Back exhaust anywhere so I figured I would go Custom I will post pics as soon as I get it done.
Have you checked out the ASURA design cat back?

quick question about the install. My oil return line that goes from the oil pressure switch to the top of the turbo sounds like it has a small bb or something rattling around in it. Is this normal? Thanks!
The threaded collar at the end is a separate piece, so maybe you are hearing it as it taps on the flared end of the actual tube? If you hold the threaded collar against the tube you shouldn't hear anything if you shake the tube.

I did, I had already purchased the Mufflers and couldn't return them, which is unfortunate becuase I would have much rather had the ASURA Exhaust then some random place make mine

Are you sure its not just the two end fittings that are rattling? Perhaps you can hold those two down and see if you could reproduce the rattle

EDIT:
Someone already replied.... should've scrolled down first!

I held down the two ends and tilted it back and forth. Something definately does go from one end of the line to the other. To clarify the part I'm talking about is part # 34. Looks like I'll have to call greddy and get it replaced.

Edit: Called Greddy and they said that's not normal.

Looking to order several things now to add onto what the kit is missing.

First up, BOV and Flange:
BOV: http://www.sportcompactonly.com/GReddy/Blo...-19_p-17988.htm
Flanges: 19mm - http://www.sportcompactonly.com/GReddy/Blo...b-19_p-1199.htm
32mm - http://www.sportcompactonly.com/GReddy/Blo...-19_p-63602.htm

Question, which Flange do I need? 19mm or 32 mm? Also, is this a good price (click the links). Thanks.

Second up, Gauges. I'm Going AEM and here is what im thinking.
TruBoost - http://www.sportcompactonly.com/AEM/Gauges...b-1_p-91401.htm
UEGO - http://www.sportcompactonly.com/AEM/Gauges...b-1_p-83522.htm
- http://www.sportcompactonly.com/AEM/Gauges..._b-1_p-4077.htm

Question, are these good prices? Also, I found several types of the UEGO gauge... which one do I need?

And Lastly, My Hood, think it can cause problems with water draining in?

You need this flange. The ones you listed above are for recirculation (I think). Problem is there's not much descriptions on the website to tell what they are.

The two links you have for the UEGO gauges are different in that one comes with the wideband senosr and the other does not. Again, this website sucks in listing model #'s so its difficult to see what other differences there are.

In terms of pricing, be sure to call some shops/sponsors here. If your lucky you'll find one that even beats EBAY's prices.

great topic!

a few small questions

1: with a stock s2k i can expect 270WHP/ 330hp crank?

2: If i add a 70mm testpipe, get i problems such as boost spike? or is it just plug and play and i have a few ponies more ( 15 or something? )

3: Some people say the power is limited due to heat? can somebody explain this?

4: Since im in europe, we have octane 98 here. does this give problems with the pre tuning of the greddy basemap compared to US fuel? since i heared you have lower octane ratings...

I'm gonna order my greddy kit next month

for all the good replies here!

With A test Pipe, upping the Boost and a Good tune, I would xpect close to 330WHP rather then crank............
