ouch.... that bolt is one of the toughest ones to tighten down too. At least its a easy fix if you ever plan to take the manifold out.

I really don't think that's it Chris. The basemap is super pig rich. It consistently puts my afr's bellow 10 at wot. For it to occasionally hit 13.7 for hours at a time seems odd to me. It also used to do it with my power tune sometimes, although I didn't know it until the gauge went in. Imagine my horror, when I saw my consistently 10.5 tune was hitting 14.7 every third or forth pull. I'm not trying to badmouth the kit. I have been negative towards it in some of my posts, but now I want it to be a defective component. This kit is way to consistent for other people for it to be a design flaw.

Also, I want everyone to understand that I understand the fuel trim procedure. My car's ecu was never reset during this stint. Only until a month ago was the ecu ever reset. I also did it yesterday after my afr spike. I do also know that the car needs to sit idling with everything off for at least 20 minutes.

Tell me about it. My saving grace right now is that it's a bottom mount, and all the weight is keeping it sealed. If Team-Honda has a stud for it today, it's coming out. I have to get this wastegate adjusted.

well, that's the point of a tune, b/c the basemap doesn't necessarily fit your car 100%.

Of course you could be right also, and it could be a faulty unit. I think it just needs to be tuned though.

I just checked my oil and it was really low. I added about 2/3's of a quart (all I had at the moment) and now the dip stick is reading 4 diamonds. I don't think I've gone over 1500 miles since I've installed the turbo kit.

Is being 1+ quarts low normal for not driving it that much? I don't think I have a leak because I've never seen any oil in my garage and my oil pressure gauge reads pretty consistantly. Whats everyone elses oil consumption?

Thanks!

Are you running a check valve/ krank Vent on your PCV line? I'm running a $4 supra valve. The added boost pressure in the head blows a lot of oil out of the breather port. The check valve will prevent some of it. I have a DIY I need to post my install. I found a much nicer looking way of doing it this weekend.

I just bought a set of used crankvents last week and am going to put them in tomorrow on my car. I was also using a little bit of oil myself.
