S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Have problems using a 90 degree coupler with Pfab?

They won't warranty it b/c of the compressor housing? Thats BS.

I DIDN'T want to do this, but was forced to obviously. I'm thinking this winter, or maybe w/this setup depending on the motor I may go to a sidewinder.

Not sure yet.
I dont know if they wont warranty it if something is welded to the compressor housing. I was just saying it may be a possibility being that its been permanently modified, I dont know. Its just how some companies are, but I dont know how Precision is with things like this.

f@#k, I was seriously considering buying this manifold, but now I'm not so sure, I seriously don't want to weld on my $1,700 Turbo. Soooooooo, looks like I'm finding a new manifold :-(

Seriously just do it. There's nothing to worry about. You're not degrading anything by welding a damn elbow. It's done all the time. The elbow can be cut off afterwards if somebody wants or they can buy a compressor housing that has a straight outlet and swap it. It's seriously not a permanent mod. There's a lot of idiots on this forum that haven't got a clue what they're talking about. Don't listen to their bullshit.

Pfab makes one of the best manifolds out there. The turbo is easily accessible, it's short runner for fast spool and its strong. Also provides very nice engine bay porn.

I'm probably going to when i get back from deployment, I'm just very paranoid about it, I'm a rather good welder, but I don't like the idea of damaging a perfectly good Turbo, lol

The compressor housing is removable from the chra if you're worried about slipping or the heat transferring and damaging something inside.

Take the housing off and weld it then bolt it back on. Done.
