Default Head stud torque lube

I have a set of full blown l19 head studs made by a1 technologies. I'm going to be installing them soon. They came with the torque lube from a1. Should I use that or pick up some arp torque lube?

Thank You

No issues with the supplied A1 lube....I would trust A1 over ARP, especially when using their own hardware

Use the torque lube that came with the studs, torque specs area based on the lubricant they are tested with.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think A1 tech L19 are torque-to-yield (T-T-Y); meaning don't back off when doing your torquing sequence.

Agreed, you do not need to back off

I really don't think its necessary but I have always retorqued/checked them after a couple heat cycles for peace of mind

Did you find that they were at the same torque as before or did they loosen up a bit?
