what did you guys do to your head when making your s2k turbo, i was reading about super tech valves, retainers and dual springs, is that enough if i wanna make 400 hp at the wheels, i would also do a 2mm cometic head gasket, i dont want to build the block(sleeves, rods, pistons) but i will if its gonna blow up 5000 miles later. i wanna have a reliable 400 hp turbo s2000, oh yea im going with the love fab kit when i get the money

I've seen people run safely (so far) 400+whp s2ks on stock internals with just a 2mm headgasket...we won't know until later if it does damage down the road though...

You're never going to know what you'll need. Headwork isn't completely necessary, but personally I went with it just incase of overrevs and what not. Cody will know exactly the springs and retainers to get you.

As for the block, people have done fine with just a headgasket, some completely ruined their block. You'll never know. However, despite this I believe Cody is on a 3mm headgasket and is doing very well, other than his headstuds.
