Default headgasket 2mm vs 3mm

If I plan on running the lovefab turbo kit...gt35r turbo in particular...should I get a 2mm or 3mm headgasket...which would produce the most power with the stock kit and be the best for the engine? Also, I heard a lot of discussions about the 3mm headgasket having issues with the headlifting due to the apr headstuds...if I get the 2mm headgasket I don't need to get apr headstuds?

If you're pulling the head on a hi-po motor then you should replace the studs anyway. So why not replace with ARPs and be done with it.

The size of the headgasket doesn't directly affect power. It has more to do with the tune. I mean, theoretically with the right tune and octane fuel the stock headgasket would result int he most power. But as we can't run day to day on avgas we need to be concerned about knock. The 3mm headgasket will reduce compression and allow you to run more boost and/or timing which will probably yeild more power.
