You have to remember its a RHD car,but I used a piece of card as a template to get the holes in the right place,I had 2 pieces of aluminum cut 10x20 and 12x24 the 10x 20 was the best fit.once that was decided it was just a case of gently bending it around my leg to get the best/closest radius.I also radiused the corners for a neater finish and finished the edging with 3 mm id vacuum hose.Ill pos up a couple of pics of the heat reflective sheet I fitted aswell.I sprayed the cool side with VHT wrinkle finish. Hope that helps

Damn i really like that one! I have already burnt up my A/C lines. Hoping the member on here can get the relocation kits started up again. I really want a heat shield like that for my own setup.
