Default HELP! Doesn't hold compression in CYL #4 after ILP

So finally finishing up my build on my s2k.

Long story short, we installed a 3mm ILP head gasket and checked compression to day find out that CYL #4 isn't holding compression. I also see some coolant in Cyl 4 too.....

CYL #1-3 hold 150psi perfect.

Please send me some input!!!

Re-used OEM head studs and torqued properly with 2 turns only (not 3 like with new OEMs)

Do I have to replace head gasket with new one? or can i just replace head studs with new ones? should i use ARP?

HELP!!!!

there's gotta be something wrong with the headgasket, maybe it's just in wrong, upside down maybe?

Did you check the compression before? Did you replace the HG because you blew the last one?

With the 3mm headgasket it should be 180....all of your cylinders are low, the one to be concerned more about is the 4th cylinder.... Did you check the trueness of your block/head prior to installing the headgasket? Was the headgasket new I hope? Did you correctly adjust the valves, cause it you didnt they could be opening during the compression stroke, losing all the compression? The bead of rtv around the timing chain of the gasket if anything would cause a slight loss in cylinder one, that would not be critical to cyl. 4. Try adj. the valves, if not do a leakdown test!

do a leak down and see where you are leaking the compression.

well i live at super high elevationl. So i know compression is known to be low in my area....

Didn't check the block/head when reinstalling, figured if i de-torqued in teh proper sequence id' be ok.....

Headgasket was brand new direct from IP

I'll check the valve adjustment again, but i was pretty sure that we did them ok.
