As some of you no i hybrided my t518z to a t620z ok problems tuner is getting no power out of it 13.5 psi 260 whp .Car made 301whp at 9.8psi all that has changed is the hybrid turbo.My ownly thought on this is the vtec is still at 7000 with 25% more air do i need to drop vtec so the engine can breath help needed please

 

No, I believe the VTEC is set correctly because of the log manifold. Your car should be making a lot more horsepower considering your previous numbers. Is this the same tuner?

 

If your tuner doesn't know what to do, get another one.

 

The difference between tuners is rediculous get a 2nd opinion even a retune somewhere else compare that way..

 

You are all right no its not the same tuner. Huge problem my old one hates the emanage he says the safety on it is crap .That gives me 2 choices ONE take the car 3 hours drive away to a s2000 specialist .TWO get a standalone that he likes ,he has never had a engine go bang on him......!!!!! HEADACHE What do you think both options will cost me.

 

What kind of dynos were used, cause that could be it, dyno is a tuning tool and the number vary greatly.

I hope you are not using the map sensor that came with the car?

 

He made 5 hp from 8 to 13.5 psi its not the dyno Revenge why do you say that about the map sensor i have a 3 bar one but the old tuner dident use it getting up to 13.5 psi on the first injector map not knowing about activating the second stock one was still reading ??????????
