sell the manifold, sell the turbo and sell the wastegate, one thing to keep in mind, you are paying for a tune so when that manifold keeps cracking and you get tired of it you have to retune so shell out another 600. because no manifold flows the same. the turbo is garbage and will blow oil probably after a week. go to ANOTHER TURBO AND FIND YOURSELF RETUNING AGAIN. the wastegate is trash, let it boost spike and find yourself needing an engine. other stuff is good to start. rc injectors are not the greatest but id choose them over precision any day

to add DO NOT BUY a pfab manifold, they are worse then what you have, the one on my buddys car cracked 6 times in 1 1/2 months. there junk. buy a full race, afi, inline pro, synapse, those are very reputible companys that make manifolds

This...

It would be cool to see what a GTX28 with a .82 housing would do. Instant spool and will most likely flow enough to reach 370+ whp. Get yourself some ID1000's and some quality wastegates and your set.
What you you think about this, Garrett-GT3076R? I could get it with the .82 A/R and the T3 Divided (.82 / 1.06 A/R only) housing.

I'll sell my RC1000s and get some ID 1000s. Then figure out a new BOV and WG.

Honestly All, this crap is keeping me up at night. All I can think about it what I need to get and what needs to go and what I can keep, how FI works, and how much power I can get, and how fast it will go, and and and.... I'm starting to obsess....CANT WAIT FOR MY TAX RETURN!
GT30 is a great turbo! If you don't ever plan on going above 400whp get the .82 divided housing.

I hope you didnt spend a lot of money on it because its going to be nothing but issues.

I'd say get rid of the thing and start again. If you change the turbo you're going to need a new down pipe and charge piping which is half the kit anyways The manifold looks like it was welded by a blind monkey. Ebay and Craig's List are not the place you buy turbo kits for the s2000. It may work for a civic but the s2000 is a different animal.
If he's just changing the turbo then can't he keep all those things? If not then I'm sure he can have them fabricated to fit for not much, much less cheaper than buying new ones.
But I agree with you 100% will be nothing but issues regardless.

You should be careful what allegations you make, Pang and Pfabrications make excellent manifolds and they back up their products. No offense, but I think your friend got his manifold installed by a monkey or bought some knock off manifold from lack of research. There are tons of people here that run Pfab manifolds with very little issues, I'd say the biggest ones probably being all the extra heat; but that comes with just about any ELT or SW set up.

These are the 4 kinds of pfab manifolds available for the s2000. Anything else is a knock off.

Yes his is a legit pfab purchased from pfab, when I bought my manifold I looked at there's and decided not to buy it. He has the top mount ram horn style single waste gate, it has the pfab badge etc. he paid about 800. Def not a knock off and yes it cracked 6 times no exaggeration, maybe he had some bad material on that batch or whatever but I know what I seen and am 100% sure

If they were prone to cracking, you would see tons of people on here whining about them. So far this is the first time I've heard of it cracking that many times and someone saying they're junk... I'd suggest revising your statement, pfab is very reputable. MASE manifolds are prone to cracking, not pfab.
