Help Tapping Wastegate into Vacuum Box?
Hoping someone can help me out with this.
I don't have an inlet on the compressor side of my turbo to tap the wastegate into, and I've heard of people using the vacuum box before. I know it's not exactly best practice, but that's what I want to do to get the car on the road.
If anyone could let me know exactly where on the box to tap into I'd appreciate it. It's been awhile since I've had time to work on the car but I know that I've been lost the last couple times I've looked at it.
I don't have any boost controller; I'll be running boost based straight off the spring.

The most common place to install a vacuum manifold is inline or on a T off the brake booster hose between the intake manifold and the check valve. I installed a VTA catch can and instead utilized the hose barb on the intake manifold that used to go to the PCV. With that being said, the best option is still to tap your compressor cover for a fitting or have a fitting welded on to the first intercooler pipe leaving the turbo. That is what my PTUNING turbo kit comes with since the Garrett turbos don't come with a fitting. If you want another method, they do sell these:

Where you put the fitting in the silicone coupler coming off the turbo.

That little fitting to tap into the silicone coupler looks interesting; I may have to grab that
