Please note that fuel hose that is submerged in fuel is different that typical EFi hose.

The outer layer will softer when soaked in fuel and eventually rupture.

Good luck.

What kind of hose should I use? I definitely want to get the right stuff before buttoning everything back together. Thanks for pointing that out.

Thank you! Just to confirm is it 3/8 or 5/16? I can’t remember which one I used and I can’t seem to confirm it after searching.

The manufacturer of whichever pump you are using should have the spec for the pump outlet/discharge size.

S2k basket fitting is 5/16".

The rubber hose is more forgiving to size up or down slightly.

Reviving this from the dead. Was having problems with the supercharger pulley bolt loosening and backing out. I tightened it back up after using some red loctite and have subsequently lost the bolt somewhere on the road. Two questions:

1. How do I prevent this in the future?
2. Is this what I need or is there another alternative? https://vortechsuperchargers.com/pro...novi-1000-2000

Thanks for the help.
