Not even sure where to start, that is a very vauge list, oh and what is a "3.5 MAP w/ UEGO built in". Maybe you should take some pictures of what you do have or describe in better detail. As amok pointed out you should take a look at my IP build, I have taken pictures of all the parts and made a list of parts I used, though not all are nessacary.
As far as the fuel managment is concerned you would be doing a disservice to yourself trying to apply the Emange to a car you are tryning to make power with. If you are only going to run 5-10PSI then the Emanage will get you there without fear of melting down the engine. On the flipside you will be removing the air pump and many of the other system components which is going to throw a check engine light, your idle will suck and part throttle will proably suffer also usless you can find a tuner that knows the Emanage VERY well and you are willing to spend the $1000 needed to tune it correctly.

take pictures of what you have and post it. I hate to see you waste money on someting you don't need. Buying parts to complete a kit might save you some money, but you can run into headaches if you're unsure on what to get.
