Lee, I couldn't believe that it wouldn't break loose! Running 100psi line pressure, the impact literally twists my wrist, but isn't breaking the nut loose.

Can I suggest something, get ur compressor really full, heat the nut, cool it wth a spray bottle, do this a couple times, turn up line pressure to 150psi, and it will come right off..... it won't damage ur gun, at home I also run like 150 line, I promise it will work.....

Yeah try taking a hear gun to it, heat it up, take a can of dust off hold it upside down and spray it good till it freezes and hit it with the impact.

Heat gun is wayyyyyy too weak I was talking about a torch that can heat it cherry red..... Once it's cherry red cool it down quickly with a spray bottle, do it twice then last time heat it and hit it while its hot, that's what I do every single day at my shop and I ALWAYS get it loose, period

Heat gun just won't even come close, even propane isn't hot enough u need oxygen + acetylene, I promise it will come off.
