The remaining stud arrived today (from DSS) The Ford bolts should arrive in the next few days. Didn't have time to try and break the axle nuts loose this evening (Rafa (my son) goes to sleep at 7pm; the compressor/impact are WAY too loud to run when he's sleeping lol).

I'm going to try heating the nut with my propane torch tomorrow/150psi of line pressure.

I'm replacing the wheel bearings. If I can't get the axle nuts loose, I'm replacing the knuckles as well lol

Lol thats 1 way to do it....If u lived close by id let u borrow my 3/4 gun...if that cant get it loose the. I have a 1" gun

DOnt think propane will do it never has for me, good luck to you though !!! Heat then cool heat then cool !! Then heat and smack it rock it back and forth loosen, tighten, loosen, tighten....

Thanks Lee. Just can't justify the cost of an acetylene torch; I was able to find a set of used knuckles for an awesome price (in case I'm unable to break the axle nut loose).
