HFC with stock exhaust
how the hell did you run outa 550 injector on 285 whp. anyone else find that weird?
mugenrios2k has 550 injectors on a setup like mine, and he makes 330ish on a dyno dynamics. ehhh, doesnt make sense.
you on stock pump or walbro?

Here's a wild theory, the motor wants more fuel in the mid range when hitting peak boost/vtec then whats available from the pulse speed of the injector at that rpm with 550c, but that's just a wild guess. Seems like with an increase of fuel pressure that could solve the problem though
A friend of mine is putting down 330whp at 14psi/ water/meth injection. If you want to make more then 300whp you will need to run more boost and with the greddy kits that's going to require injection to make it safe.
According to the tuner, we hit about 85% duty cycle at 300whp on the 550s. He's not comfortable running at that duty cycle, so we backed things down to 285whp. If we can run bigger injectors at a lower duty cycle, then we should be able to get the low 300s in whp. I am on the stock pump, which in the 06+ is a recirculating system. I am not sure what that means, but I nodded my head in agreement as my tuner discussed that
