I am running a gt3076 on a t25 mani so if 16psi is the sweetspot as someone said should I use the 3mm? I want to stay on stock internals and keep things pretty safe.

The decision to go 2 or 3mm really depends on what final outcome you want. Ie. how much boost you intend to run. I am running a GT30 with 3mm and boosting to 20psi.
