Default How do I "Datalong" with an AEM Series 2 EMS

Hey guys, I am going to upload a slightly modified tune (more boost in second and 1 more PSI up top )< anyway while I have the computer plugged in, how do I datalog. I want to do a WOT pull and take a look at everything (once I pull over, lol) such as IAT, coolant tempos, knock etc.......

Thanks

you mean a datalog

make sure the parameters you want to see are up on the screen, hit F6 to start the log, F6 to stop the log, it should open automaticly

If its anything like AEMPro for the series 1, logging is very easy.

Make sure whatever screen you are on has the parameters that you want to log. Start the log with F6. End it with F6. Then a screen should pop up asking if you want to view it. Click on the box and hit ok.

It'll pop up and during the time which you were logging, all of the parameters that you had on the screen will be logged. At idle, WOT, etc... It will log all of your parameters the whole time you are dataloging.

I've logged for like 20 minutes before at a time and you can zoom in where you want to look at stuff. You can overlay graphs of the different parameters on top of each other. Its very cool. Just mess with it for a while and learn how to use it. You aren't gonna mess anything with your tune when you are looking at a datalog.
