how to torque Kraftwerks pulley?

Does anyone have a special way of torquing the kraftwereks pulley adapter?

Trying to install it right now and I can't think of a way on how to torque it to 192 ft-lbs.

Remove the radiator fan and put a impact on it, give it about 5 ugga duggas.

I figured it out. I read several threads online and one of them suggested to put a rope inside the cylinder to stop the crank from rotating so I did that and it worked!!
