i heard golden tops are the old style, and that's the new style. i don't know what changed between "styles"

They certainly do look like the ID's, but when i bought my ID2000's i had him ID them for me just to be sure.

The blue tops are for B series Hondas and some other applications. The S2000's (up to 2005) use the gold tops. 2006+ use the gray tops.

 

Thanks Tony! Are there any plug and play clips for the ID2000´s? Loved the ones that came with the ID1000´s, perfect for us that need to change parts for inpection.

 

Yes there are plug and play clips for the ID 2000's. You can get them through Tony like I did. The ID 1000's plug and play will not work with the 2000's

 

That's correct. We have PNP adaptors for both sizes, but they are different.

Tuned an Evo 8 the other day with ID2000 @ 43lbs base with a 13.5:1 air:fuel on gasoline. I try to put these injectors in every car that comes through the shop. Tuned a road race car the other day. Trying to get them to switch to ID725 injectors. Will post a comparison if they do.
